Then man behind "60 Minutes" and the head in a box shot has died. He was 96 years old. He worked with many of the big names in the new businesses and created one of the best/most famous newsmagazine programs. He was also known for his control over the program. He was hand on in every part of the process and approved every story before it went on the air.
